I need to update my email and login info. How can I do this?

To register on our site, you must enter your email address to receive fresh updates and important alerts.

If you need to change your email address, here are the steps:

  • Press your avatar (visible in the top-right corner on all site pages) and select ‘My Settings’

  • Select ‘Change Your Email’, type in your current password, enter your new email address and press ‘Save’

When you change your email address on our site, the new address must be verified. We will send you a new password using the new email address you have entered. You will need to log in using this password to regain unrestricted access to the site.

To change your password, follow the steps below:

  • Press your avatar (visible in the top-right corner on all site pages) and select ‘My Settings’

  • Select ‘Change Your Password’, type in your current password, then the new password, retype it in the appropriate field and press ‘Save’

How can I alter the gender for my profile?

  • Press your avatar (visible in the top-right corner on all site pages)
  • Select ‘Get Support’ from the drop-down list (you will need the ‘Contact Us’ tab)
  • Select ‘Profile Change’ from the drop-down list under ‘Section’
  • Select ‘How Do I Change Gender/Orientation?’ from the drop-down list under ‘Subject’
  • If the automated reply in the ‘Answer’ field does not solve your issue, press ‘No’ below it and proceed to the ‘Message’ section
  • Outline your issue in the ‘Message’ section and press the ‘Send’ button to send your message to our Customer Care experts

How can I change my geolocation?

Start by pressing your avatar (visible in the top-right corner on all site pages) and selecting ‘Get Support’ from the drop-down list. The ‘Contact Us’ tab will load. Select ‘Profile Change’ under ‘Section’, then ‘How Do I Change Location?’ under ‘Subject’.

If the automated reply in the ‘Answer’ field does not solve your issue, press ‘No’ below it and proceed to the ‘Message’ section. Enter your request and press ‘Send’.

Is there a way to change my screenname?

Absolutely. Press your avatar (visible in the top-right corner on all site pages) and select ‘My Profile’ from the drop-down list. Press the ‘Edit’ button, enter a new screenname in the corresponding field and press ‘Save’ to preserve the changes.

I forgot my password! What do I do?

No worries! If you are stuck on the login page, use the ‘Forgot Password?’ option, enter the email you used to sign up for the site, and we will send you a link to reset your password.
